Concession Stand Schedule
Our concession stand plays an important role in supporting Martinsburg Little League. Proceeds from concessions help fund field maintenance, equipment, uniforms, and improvements that benefit all players.
Each team is assigned concession stand duties during the season to help keep operations running smoothly.
How Concession Stand Duties Work
Each team will be assigned one or more concession stand shifts during the season.
Teams are responsible for providing 4 volunteers for their scheduled shift.
Volunteers must be 18 years or older to operate the concession stand.
Managers or team parents will coordinate volunteers for their team.
If a team cannot fill their assigned shift, they are responsible for finding a replacement.
Your participation helps keep the league affordable and supports the experience for all players and families.
Volunteer Sign-Up
When it is your team’s turn to work the concession stand, a volunteer sign-up will be shared with your team so families can select a time slot.
If you are interested in helping in the concession stand outside of your assigned team shift, please contact the league. Additional volunteers are always appreciated.
Why Concessions Matter
Every purchase made at the concession stand directly supports the league by helping cover:
Field maintenance and improvements
Equipment and uniforms
Umpires and game operations
Player development resources
Thank you for supporting Martinsburg Little League and helping make the season great for all of our players.
